Reboot Day Two

I'll be posting regular updates on the Reboot as a kind of diary to keep track of my progress, as well as the normal things I post about. 

Day 2 went pretty well, I had one of the 'food' meals the plan suggests and the rest of my meals as juice. I had the rest of the Green Lemonade Juice from yesterday as breakfast and Carrot, Apple & Ginger for lunch. For dinner I had sweet potato & carrot 'fries' with a big green spinach and avocado salad. 
As I wasn't keen on the green juice from yesterday I made a Carrot, Apple and Ginger juice but added a cucumber, 2 handfuls of spinach, 2 handfuls of kale and two sticks of celery. This was really yum as the ginger masked a bit of the 'harsh' taste from the greens. I'll keep experimenting and trying out the recipes over the coming days! 
I also seem to have lost 1.8KG in one day, but I can only assume this is a fluke and to do with water retention. In a few weeks I'll post a weight chart so you can see how I've been doing.
